7 Tips for Losing Weight with Hypothyroidism

Having an underactive thyroid can certainly lead to concerns of weight gain and difficulty losing weight. This condition affects your metabolism by slowing it down and reducing your energy level, two things that can make it a lot harder to lose weight. You want to decrease the unhealthy foods and make sure the calories you eat are all from nutritious food sources.
