Healthy Sugar-Free Tonic, Recipe Included!

Why not prepare your own sugar-free drink with the herbs and superfoods you have at your disposal? You will have a go-to sugar-free beverage that packs a beneficial punch.

Herbs and superfoods have an incredible amount of essential vitamins and minerals that support adrenal and thyroid health and can get you going like no espresso or juices can ever do. Feed your body with the best nutrition in the best, most efficient ways possible.

While a number of these ingredients may seem a little bit unfamiliar or strange, it is highly recommended to explore them because they are the keys to a healthy, disease-free body that operates to its maximum potential! Don’t be afraid to give something new a try!


  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 tsp. ho shou wu powder
  • 1 tsp. mucuna powder
  • 1 tsp. ashwagandha powder
  • ¼ to 1/2 tsp. shilajit powder
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp. green leaf stevia powder or honey as an alternative (raw)
  • 1 tsp. raw cacao (possible)
  • 1-2 tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil
  • Small amount of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • Small amount of vanilla bean


  • Combine all of the whole ingredients in your blender and then blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Sip slowly, savor it, and enjoy the burst of delicious energy.
