As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Functional Medicine Practitioner, I coach my clients through the lifestyle changes needed to improve their diet, reduce stress, and develop healthier lifestyle habits. I help your patients understand the care plan you created for them.
Together, we implement the complex lifestyle changes that are often required to make significant improvements in their health. "Health coaching is a team-based approach that helps patients gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to become active participants in their care. Patients with chronic conditions need to learn how to fish. Hi, I'm Bethany Parker
As an award-winning, functional medicine health coach and high-performance mentor, I understand the importance of achieving optimal health and wellness through multifaceted, holistic approaches. My passion lies in helping high-achieving women find real-world solutions that nourish their bodies, so they can show up with renewed energy in every area of life (without burning out!).
In my professional practice, I specialize in helping overworked and stressed women identify the root cause of their health conditions and make diet and lifestyle changes, allowing them to regain their health and feel their best. A few of the conditions that my clients struggle with include autoimmune disease, digestive issues, fertility challenges, hormonal imbalances, mood disorders, and more.
In addition to my three graduate degrees, I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the School of Applied Functional Medicine, and the Herbal Academy. I am certified by the International Association of Health Coaches (IAHC), the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), and an active member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

Functional medicine saved my life, and now it’s my mission to help others find this same sustainable health.
I was experiencing my own set of serious health issues – IBS, anxiety, and depression (to name a few). My symptoms became so debilitating that I opted out of school and studied at home.
Between rushed doctor’s appointments and bottles of pills, I felt pretty hopeless. And by the time I got to college, I was on so much medication, I ended up rolling my car and barely made it out alive.
This was the breaking point for me.
Determined to get off the pills, I began my journey into holistic health, which continued to snowball into a growing passion for functional medicine, herbalism, and mindfulness practices.
Who Is a Good Candidate?
The ideal candidates may have hormonal imbalances, digestive complaints, chronic fatigue, or other chronic health conditions. They may be under a high level of stress and juggling the demands of their busy lifestyle. They should be highly motivated to change their lifestyle but may need some guidance and support to take the first steps.
